If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with the following information:
Order number
Description of the issue
Proof (such as a screenshot)
If we verify that you received the wrong product, we will send you the correct item or offer a refund if necessary.
Refunds will not be granted if:
You downloaded the product successfully.
You changed your mind after purchase.
You did not read the product description before purchasing.
You don’t know how to use the file or product (although we’ll be happy to help guide you).
